Q: What's your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made, do I need to pay you extra cost for it?

 A: 1.Our MOQ is 1 piece for the wedding dresses;
      2.We accept Customized size, you need to pay for the Customized fee;
     3.We accept Customized design, but first, we need to check whether we can make the design or not;
     4.After we gather the info and design we will quote you with our competitive price.

 

Q : Can I modify your designs,such as add sleeve, change the lace, change the zipper to lace up, etc?

Yes, you can modify our designs, but our designers would check if the dresses can be modified as what you want. You also need to pay the extra cost for the modification.

 

Q: Is OEM service available for you? Can you put my labels on my dresses?

  1.OEM service is available.
  2.If you want to put your own labels, You may send your labels to us or we can help you make your labels in China by our labels suppliers with MOQ requested which cost will be covered by you.

 

Q: How can I schedule an initial consultation to discuss my vision and preferences for the wedding dress?

A: Consultations usually are done on whatsapp. Feel free to send us inspo pictures. We will discuss and show you fabrics. For further questions we can also have a video call.   

 

Q: Could you please outline the steps involved in creating a custom wedding dress with you?

A: Once we finalize your design and fabric selection, we will send you an invoice. Upon your confirmation, we can proceed with your custom gown. To begin production, we will require your measurements and a deposit payment. 

 

Q: What is the typical timeline for completing a wedding dress order, and are there any important deadlines I should be aware of?

A: Custom wedding dresses generally take 1–2 months to complete. Lead times are subject to change based on design complexity and fabric availability. We can expedite your order if your selected fabrics are in stock.

 

Q: Could you provide a general idea of the pricing for custom wedding dresses, as well as any available payment plans or options?

A: Pricing for custom wedding dresses varies based on design complexity and fabric selection. There are no additional fees for custom‑made services. Custom payment plans can also be arranged upon request. 

 

Q: How do you handle fittings and alterations to ensure the perfect fit?

A: As we operate exclusively online, we do not offer in-person fittings or alteration services. You will be responsible for providing accurate body measurements. If your measurements are supplied correctly, we will craft your gown to match those specifications for a proper fit.

 

Q: Where can you ship to?

A: We offer worldwide shipping. Please provide your complete, detailed address to ensure accurate and timely delivery of your gown. For a small number of destinations, we may need additional information to process your shipment. Should this rare situation arise, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. Kindly note that total delivery time combines both production processing time and shipping transit time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time   

 

Q: How much will the shipping cost?

A: As we are a factory, free shipping is not available. All shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are at the buyer’s expense. Our shipping agent will compare rates from DHL, UPS and FedEx to find the best option for you. For an 8–10 kg gown, shipping is estimated at $120–$150. The final cost depends on your address, the dress weight and the courier selected. Shipping takes 5–7 working days. 

 

Q: Can I wear a bra?

A: You Can wear adhesive clips for shape and support.

 

Q: What underwear do I wear?

A: We recommend wearing a skin-coloured, seamless underwear.

 

Q: What does the dress feel like to touch?

Our dress feels soft and luxurious. It has been handmade in an exclusive luxuriously soft rose lace that moulds to your body.
